Coronation Street fans reckon they have figured out Jade's real identity - and it's pretty dark.

Jade, who worked with Hope at a specialist school in Birmingham, moved to the cobbles earlier this year to help continue the young girl's education. And Wednesday night's dramatic Corrie double bill saw Jade continue to try and put a wedge between Fiz Brown and Tyrone Dobbs - and viewers reckon there is more to Hope's tutor than meets the eye.

Other Corrie fans began to wonder if Jade was related to John Stape, Fiz's former on/off boyfriend and Hope's dad. The character, played by Graeme Hawley, was killed off in 2011. During his time on the cobbles, he covered up the death of teacher Colin Fishwick so he could take his identity; killed Colin's mother Joy Fishwick and murdered his colleague Charlotte Hoyle - just to name a few things.
