Coronation StreetĀ fans were left heartbroken tonight as Sinead Tinker was told she only had months to live.
In Wednesday night’s double bill, the newlyweds had their worst fears confirmed when the consultant told them that Sinead’s cancer had spread to her lymph nodes and liver.
And Sinead and Daniel were left reeling when they were told that she only had three or four months to live.
“We can’t go over it and we can’t go under it…
“We’ve got to go through it.”

The couple began to head home, where they shared the news withĀ Ken, Peter, Adam, Carla and Beth.
As the situation began to sink in, Sinead blamed herself for deciding the delay her treatment due to her pregnancy. But Daniel was quick to point out that if she hadn’t done that, they wouldn’t have their young son, Bertie.
Fans were left devastated as they watched the scenes play out on screen.
