Actress and mother Helen Flanagan posted yesterday evening to give fans a sneak peek of her latest magazine cover which she shot with her daughter.
The cover for Fabulous magazine features Flanagan breastfeeding her daughter Delilah and the new mum looks beautiful.

Delilah is the newest addition to the Flanagan clan and is the little sister to Helen’s other daughter Matilda.
The Instagram post has amassed thousands of likes since it was posted less than a day ago and fans were quick to share their delight;
“Beautiful your helping to give others courage to bf in public and normalised the most natural thing.”
“Thank you for showing the world how beautiful breastfeeding is! You look amazing.”

As well as the cover shot is Helen’s quote;
“I don’t care if people dislike seeing me breastfeed.”
In a world where unfortunately there is still a stigma when it comes to breastfeeding this is a powerful statement and something more mums should feel comfortable saying.
Breastfeeding in public is not something that any mum should feel ashamed of and with more celebrities bringing it into the public eye, hopefully it will bring more awareness for just how natural it is.
The magazine will be hitting shelves this Sunday.
