Dublin's Pop-Up Drive-In movie theatre has announced that all scheduled screenings are cancelled for the foreseeable future.

The decision comes as new restrictions in relation to the Covid-19 crisis were announced today. The pop-up has been a popular attraction in recent days as many attractions have closed and this was viewed as a means of entertainment that abides to social distancing. However, due to the new measures, all scheduled screenings at Junction 6 and a planned launch at Balbriggan have been postponed. Full refunds will be issued automatically for every ticket within 24 hours. The pop-up team want to thank everyone who has supported them thus far as they provided people who lost their jobs with work. They have also said that this is a temporary closure and they plan to reopen at a later date. You can view the full statement on their Facebook and Instagram pages.
