Now a dad of two, Sadie and Billy, BOD is well known for his charity work and public speaking, as well as being Leinster's former rugby captain.
With over 263,000 followers on Instagram BOD keeps it real with plenty of snapshots into his life with wife Amy Huberman. He is also well versed in the use of a good Boomerang which is always appreciated.

Best known for TV show 50 Ways To Kill Your Mammy, Baz describes himself as a TV & radio presenter/producer and struggling dad.
Probably one of the most relatable Instagram accounts, Baz shows us his life is not all glitzy award shows. Between a lost child in the zoo, his hatred of LOL dolls and being sick and tired of making packed lunches, I think most parents watching will say "been there".
His mum Nancy also makes regular appearances so we get the full cross-generational package.

If there was an award for most stylish Irish dad, it would go to Timi Ogunyemi hands down.
As Timi says himself he was born in Lagos but made in Dublin, and is one of Ireland's best known social media personalities.
The dad of one fills his Instagram with fun funky fashion on his travels around the country with his family.
I think he can safely say 'he's not a regular dad, he's a cool dad'.
