Danniella Westbrook reveals she’s suffered a miscarriage

Actress Danniella Westbrook has reportedly suffered a miscarriage.

The former EastEnders star has told friends that she has lost her baby, according to The Sun. She had confirmed her pregnancy just last month. She and fiancé Alan Thomason were surprised but delighted when she fell pregnant, she told the Mirror. "We hadn’t been trying. But he was over the moon and so was I," she said. "I think we’ll be good parents together. He’s got a lot of time and patience. I just think this will complete us. She told her Twitter followers yesterday that she's recovering with family.

Amid media reports that she had caused damage to a hotel room in Benidorm, Spain during a row with Alan, she also tweeted that "the hotel wasn't the only thing she had destroyed," sparking rumours of a split.

Daniella played on BBC soap EastEnders in stints between 1990 and 2016 and has appeared in reality shows including I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here, Dancing On Ice and Celebrity Big Brother. She's already mum to Kai, 21, and 15-year-old Jody.
