Dec reveals what happens to the treats the I’m A Celeb campmates lose in challenges

The campmates haven’t had much luck with the Dingo Dollar challenges this year.

But it turns out that the unwon treats don’t end up going to waste if they don’t make it to camp.

Declan Donnelly revealed what really happens to the snacks when the celebrities aren’t successful in their efforts to win jam roly-poly, ice pops – or whatever the treat-of-the-day is.

No, Kiosk Kev doesn’t get them – the crew does.

When an I’m A Celeb fan asked him if he and Holly were allowed “to much” on the lost Dingo Dollar loot, Dec joked that the behind-the-scenes team were “perverts” for finishing the snacks before he and Holly had a chance.

The news comes as Holly Willoughby’s This Morning co-host Phillip Schofield warned fans of the reality show not to get “too attached” to her presenting the series.

He told The Daily Star

“I am so pleased it’s worked out so well for Dec in what was a tricky situation.

‘It was always going to be a difficult series for Dec so I was happy Holly was able to step in but I can assure you it’s very much a caretaker role.

“Dec got very lucky – he’s looking after my telly wife. When Holly gets back we will go out for a drink and a catch-up about it all.”
