Jenny has said that they are "beyond excited" to meet the newest addition to their family.
Huge congrats are in order for photographer Jenny McCarthy and her husband TV personality Martin King as they welcome another grandchild.
Jenny announced the happy news on her Instagram, and shared a snap of the newborn. They have yet to met the little girl, as they are on holidays, but in her caption, Jenny said that she is very excited to cuddle her.
She wrote: "We may be coming back from the most glorious holiday but OMG we are beyond excited to meet our new little granddaughter Ella.
"James & Shauna, you are amazing. Huge congratulations (...) We are dyyyyyying for the cuddles (...) And to her big sister Sophia, who will be the best big sister in the world."
Jenny was met with many messages of congratulations in the comments section. Roseanna Davison, for instance, wrote: "She's beautiful Jenny! Congratulations."

Ella is Jenny and Martin's fourth grandchild, after their son Dean and his partner Alison welcomed
a baby girl who they named Mia a few months ago.
Jenny and Martin are currently on holidays in Tenerife. Earlier this month, Jenny reflected on how the break was much-needed after having a difficult year.
She said: "Having the very best time in Tenerife (...) What a year it has been so far. I've a huge amount to be thankful for an feeling extremely grateful right now to have this time out to chill with my hubby."
This year saw Jenny undergo brain surgery for a brain tumour. She was subsequently given the
all-clear.
She shared the good news with her followers on Instagram, writing: "Got some amazing news today. No further treatment needed after my surgery, just regular scans!"
She previously had a brain tumour removed successfully back in 2011.
