This is the couple's fourth child together.
Rosie Jones and Joe Wicks already have two daughters, Indigo and Leni, and a son Marley.
Rosie gave birth to their healthy baby boy on Monday, June 17th.
Wicks announced the birth on Instagram on Monday, saying "Today at 9:30am we welcomed our 4th baby into the world."
Wicks thanked the midwives at the hospital and assured followers that Rosie and the baby were doing great and getting rest.
He shared, "Today at 9.30am we welcomed our 4th baby into the world. A little boy weighing 7lbs 13oz. Rosie gave birth at home.
"The NHS midwives from St Peter’s hospital were amazing. Rosie and the baby are both doing well and getting some rest."
The couple's eldest child Indigo was born in 2018, followed by Marley in 2019. Their youngest daughter Leni was born in 2022.
The pair met in 2016 at a rave, and Wicks said he attended just so he could meet her in person. He'd previously seen the glamour model on the front page of different magazines.
"We formed a close friendship first, then became boyfriend and girlfriend, and from there, we just went crazy fast. I was madly in love and couldn’t be apart from her," he told The Sun.
Wicks became known for his fitness and workout videos during lockdown, which he posted to YouTube for families to try.
The workouts raised €580,000 for the NHS, and he was honoured by the Royal Family for his charity work and for promoting physical and mental wellness in children.
