Kaley Cuoco shares Carpel Tunnel Syndrome AKA ‘mommy wrist’ workout

She is not letting it hold her back.

Kaley Cuoco has opened up about her ‘major’ wrist injury which was brought on by holding her baby.

The Big Bang Theory star gave birth in March to a baby girl named Matilda Carmine Richie, whom she welcomed with boyfriend Tom Pelphrey.

Since then, the new mum is determined to alter her workouts around her Carpel Tunnel Syndrome, which is a relatively common condition that causes numbness, tingling, and pain in the hand and forearm.

Appearing on her personal trainer, Ryan Sorenson’s, Instagram account wearing a wrist brace on each hand, the Crimes of Fashion actress proved she is not letting the condition stop her from exercising.

“Hey guys, so some of you may know I have this, like, major wrist, hand injury from holding the baby. It’s a very real thing. Google it,” she urged.

Speaking to injured followers, who may be unable to exercise due to the condition, she and Ryan came up with a targeted workout to avoid using her hands.

“And I think the only thing to make them better is for us to start working out without using my hands. And without using any body weight on my hands, which sounds crazy, and how can you get a workout like that?

“But Ryan and I are gonna do it today. We’re gonna show you that you can still get a workout, even if you are injured.”
