Kelsey Parker has opened up about how she will honour her late husband Tom Parker after she confirmed she was pregnant with her new partner's child.
The news came as quite a surprise to Kelsey and her boyfriend Will but she said they're thrilled to be starting a family of their own.
As exciting as her new chapter is, Kelsey acknowledged that it is somewhat bittersweet.
She said she would make sure to honour her late husband Tom as she starts this new chapter of her life.
In an interview with OK, the expectant mum said her baby's name may honour Tom.
She revealed her daughter Aurelia wants to name the baby after the late singer.
"She’s said she wants the baby to be called Parker if it’s a boy," Kelsey revealed.
Kelsey also stressed that she told Tom's parents that she was pregnant before making the news public.
She said they were happy for her when she told them she was pregnant.
Speaking about Tom's mam, she said:
"She is just amazing. She gave me her blessing instantly, she can’t wait to have another grandchild. All I care about is that both our families and Tom’s family are happy."
"Noreen is the most amazing lady. After Tom passed, she said to me, ‘As long as you’re happy Kels, whatever you do, we will always support you and be happy for you.’ We’ve all been through so much together."
Kelsey had two children with Tom Parker before he died from brain cancer in 2022.
