The mum took the trip to offer her condolences to the families and victims.
She also wanted to support the community experiencing "unimaginable grief".

The mum laid a bunch of white roses at the memorial in Uvalde.
She also knelt down at the cross of Uziyah Garcia (10) and hung her head as she paid her respect.

One local revealed she has offered to pay for funerals.
They shared, "She was there in a very humble manner.
"She's been comforting parents that lost their children. Meghan has been trying to do what she can to volunteer to help feed families, first responders, and volunteers.
She has also offered financial assistance to parents who lost their children in the shooting, they confirmed.
"She offered financial assistance to help parents bury their angels. A cost no parent should ever have to pay for."
"Please keep in mind that this is such a broken community right now. Every person that showed up is truly making a difference."
Another added, "As to critics? Well. People who aren't here in Texas or who aren't Texan maybe should step back & refrain from criticizing."
