Princess Charlotte is the only daughter of Prince William and Princess Catherine
The Princess of Wales is being well cared for by her children, including Princess Charlotte after she underwent abdominal surgery in January.
The mum-of-three had planned surgery but will take weeks to recover from the operation.
Kensington Palace did not disclose what operation the mum had but they recently confirmed that the princess is recovering well at home.
She left a London hospital to recover at her family’s home, Adelaide Cottage.
Her husband, Prince William, and their three children have reportedly been doting on their mum since she came home.
According to OK, Princess Charlotte organised a special surprise for her mum after she returned home.
The insider said, “They’re all going overboard to make sure she feels comfortable. Their house is filled with Kate’s favorite flowers, comfy blankets and pillows, and her go-to snacks. The family is just incredibly happy to have her back home at Adelaide Cottage.
They added, “They have been telling Kate stories, bringing tea, and making her soup. Charlotte even arranged a spa day,” added the source. “She needs to rest, but Kate doesn’t have the heart to turn them away.”
There has been major concern from the public following Catherine’s operation, but palace officials stressed that she is doing well.
However, Prince William was recently forced to step down from an official engagement due to a ‘personal matter’ leading many to worry about Princess Catherine.
The royals did not confirm what the ‘personal matter’ was but it has led to major speculation.
