Sarah Jessica Parker has blessed us with a Hocus Pocus 2 sneak peak

Now we're getting excited.

Sarah Jessica Parker never lets us down, and this time she's put a giddy smile on all our faces. While she may be dressed head to toe in glam for the Sex and the City reboot, she was giving a much more different vibe in her latest Instagram story. Teasing her first day on the set of Hocus Pocus 2, the actress gave us a glimpse into the upcoming sequel we have been dying for since the original came out. Showing some of the behind the scenes action on her stories, the Sarah Sanderson actress said: "Hair and make up test on HP2. Sarah Sanderson's face," which is just makeup being blended by the on-set artist. "We'll let you know, folks, how it all turns out. How it shakes down." Making sure not to show her face just yet, she showed off the iconic blonde wig being prepped, saying in her witch's voice: "Where's Sarah? Where's Sarah." "I'm not showing more right now. We're in the early stages." Hocus Pocus 2 is set to join Disney+ in 2022, but a specific date is yet to be released. Confirming the news on Instagram back in May, Sarah told her followers: "Yep. I'm ready. To run. Amok, amok, amok, amok. #HocusPocus2 arrives Fall 2022 on @disneyplusSisters??? X, SJ" There's no doubt Disney had probably hoped to have Hocus Pocus 2 filmed sooner, but due to the pandemic it was delayed. On the Hocus Pocus 2 IMDB listing we can see that the Sanderson sisters will indeed be back as Sarah Jessica Parker, Kathy Najimy, Bette Midler are included in the cast line up. No other cast members have been announced just yet, so we don't know if the characters of Max and Dani will be returning. Either way, can't wait.
