“Born at Pickle Cottage”: Stacey Solomon opens up about giving birth at home

Stacey Solomon has welcomed her fourth child into the world. Solomon gave birth to her baby girl at her home Pickle Cottage yesterday, which just so happened to be her 32nd birthday. The doting mum shared videos of her labour with her fans. "Yesterday I got the best birthday present I could have ever wished for. The mum explained she went to get checked at the hospital but was still in early labour. "But she decided she was ready to meet us. Immediately our community midwives came straight over with all of the gas and air." "Quickly regretted not staying in hospital and getting an epidural," she wrote beside a video of her leaning on Joe Swash during her labour. "But then our darling daughter, our girl was born at pickle cottage on mummy's birthday." Stacey shared a series of photos of her newborn and their family. She wrote: "She’s Here. Born at Pickle Cottage on mummy’s birthday. Our little girl… Happy birthday my darling daughter… We all love you more than you could ever imagine. "Your brothers, your daddy and I are so in love. Thank you for the most incredible 9 months. Now we cannot wait for the rest of our lives with you…" This is Solomon's fourth child and her second with husband-to-be Joe Swash. The couple is also parents to their son Rex. Stacey is a mum to sons Leighton and Zachary from previous relationships. We cannot wait to find out what name Stacey and Joe pick for their baby girl.
