"Winds will remain moderate East or Southeast and it will gradually become a degree or so milder day by day, so with temperatures on good Friday afternoon expected to range from 15C along exposed coasts to as high as 18 to 20 degrees elsewhere.
"Night-time temperatures will be around 5 to 8 degrees."
It's a far cry from the multiple weather warnings that have been issued this weekend.
A Status Orange rainfall warning has been issued for Cork and Waterford. It'll be in place from 6pm this evening for 24 hours.
There's also a Status Yellow rainfall in place for Kilkenny, Wexford, Kerry, Limerick and Tipperary which is valid during the same period. There's a risk of flooding in the southern areas of these counties.
Meanwhile, there's a Status Yellow wind warning in place for Donegal, Galway, Mayo, Cork, Kerry, Dublin, Carlow, Kildare, Kilkenny, Laois, Wexford, Wicklow, Offaly, Leitrim, Roscommon, Sligo, Clare, Limerick, Tipperary and Waterford.
