She's also a cancer survivor. Doctors found a tumour in her bile duct when she was three and she was diagnosed with embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma, a rare form of cancer that only effects around 425 children worldwide each year.
Victoria underwent intensive treatment, including a new form of radiotherapy in the US. She finally went into remission earlier this year.
Her parents knew that the programme would be perfect for her.

"She’s such a people person that we knew she would love taking part in this show — and she absolutely did," her mum Jennifer said.
"She was in and out of hospital for so long that almost a year of her childhood was taken away, so we wanted to do something to balance it out and give her a novel experience."
Victoria's maturity, positivity and infectious spirit shone through in last night's episode and it's safe to say there wasn't a dry eye in the house.
