"Becoming breezier over the much of the country this afternoon with further spells of rain and drizzle moving in off the Atlantic, with the odd heavy burst in places. Mild with highs of 10 to 13 degrees Celsius in freshening southwesterly winds." While tonight we're in for: "Patchy mist and drizzle early tonight, with a heavy spell of rain moving up over much of the southern half of the country later. "Coldest under clearer skies in the north where some frost and icy stretches will develop. Lowest temperatures will range 0 to 6 degrees Celsius north to south. Southwesterly breezes will decrease light and variable in most places overnight, but will continue fresh and gusty near the south coast."
