Geri Horner On Being A New Mum At 44: “I Am Lucky I Conceived Naturally”

Little Montague George Hector Horner arrived into the world last week. Now his mum says she feels very lucky for her little "miracle" The former Spice Girl spoke to the Times about her son's safe arrival and about body weight issues.

"Trust me, I can still moan like the rest of them but, equally, I remind myself every day that this is an absolute gift. This time round I was carrying quite a heavy baby - and it certainly felt more of a strain on my ligaments and my pelvis"

Geri Horner, has a daughter, Bluebell from a previous relationship says she credits yoga with getting her through the pregnancy

She also says she likes indulging "just like any other woman" and she would not be "fanatic" about losing her baby weight.

She took to Instagram and Twitter to announce the birth of her little boy:
