Glendalough distillery, Ha'penny Gin, Pinkster Gin, Blacks Brewery, Dingle Distillery and Eight Degrees Brewing. Not to mention, all the tonic is supplied by none other than Fever-Tree mixers, home of the stunning elderflower tonic that we are slightly worryingly obsessed with.
