If you got a wristband at Taylor Swift and can’t get it to work, check out this hack

Melissa Carton

Look what you made me do.

If you were at Taylor Swift this weekend and got a wristband that is no longer working then check out this handy hack.

This Youtube video by Not Yours gives you step by step advice on how to make your bracelet blink if it didn’t receive the proper signal during the concert.

Taylor Swift held concerts in Croke Park this weekend to a massive turn out of fans and their parents.

The LED wristbands giving to concert goers, were remote controlled by the sound crew during the concert to match the colours with the music being performed on stage.

At the end of the show, a signal was sent out to activate them for home use but not all wristbands were activated.

If your child was one of the audience members disappointed that their wristband can’t be used at home, give this tutorial a try.

It requires the use of a knife so this hack should be done by parents not children.

If all else fails the creator of the video suggests changing out the batteries from the wristband and it should reactivate.

It may seem like a lot of hassle for a flashing bracelet but I think most parents, myself included, would rather fix something than deal with a broken-hearted child.
