HBO has announced an open casting call for young actors to play the iconic roles of Harry Potter, Ron Weasley, and Hermione Granger in its highly anticipated original series adaptation of the beloved Harry Potter books.
HBO is looking for children who will be between the ages of 9 and 11 in April 2025 and are residents of the UK or Ireland.
The casting call is open to all young aspiring actors who fit the criteria and dream of stepping into the magical world created by J.K. Rowling.
The news was announced on social media, where HBO executives said: “The search for the next Harry Potter, Ron Weasley, and Hermione Granger is underway!”
