Heidi Montag has caused quite a stir after she was spotted eating raw animal organs.
The mum was eating a raw bison heart when she was out and about in Los Angeles.
The 35-year-old was snapped eating the organ from a Ziploc bag.
She explained that it is meant to help boost fertility.
She is currently trying to conceive her second child with her husband Spencer Pratt.
However, the couple has been facing fertility struggles for over a year now.
Heidi said she is willing to try numerous methods to help boost her fertility, but we're not sure we'd be able to stomach this one.
The mum told
People, "I love trying new things! I've always been very interested in various types of diets."
The reality star explained that she has a particular interest in "the way humans are meant to eat".
She continued, "When you think about where the most nutrients are that are bioavailable to humans without toxins.

"Culturally organs are a critical part," Heidi shared.
She said they're also "very nutritious".
She added, "Eating raw liver is going to preserve as many nutrients as possible."
Heidi is aware of the risks associated with eating raw food but believes this diet is working well for her.
"[There's] always risk eating raw just like eating raw sushi. I just happen to like eating sushi-style organs."
"I have been trying to get pregnant for over a year and a half, I'm willing to try different things.
"It's a great source of nutrients! I have felt incredible on this diet. A lot more energy, clarity, increased libido too."
The carnivore diet has also helped Heidi cope with her chronic pain.
Fair enough if it works for Heidi, but I just can't see myself serving this for Sunday dinner.
