One4all will be returning with the 4th annual Shop4Crumlin charity campaign and will take place from July 21 to 29 2018.

The campaign aims to raise funds for the CMRF Giggle Fund which is dedicated to bringing a smile to the faces of children attending Our Lady’s Children’s Hospital, Crumlin.

Every day approximately 365 children attend Our Lady’s Children’s Hospital, Crumlin, from counties across Ireland. The Giggle Fund, created by CMRF Crumlin – the principal fundraising body for the children’s hospital, aims to lift the spirits of every patient.

Simple celebrations such as birthday parties, pizza nights and a supply of toys can make the day a little brighter for these brave children and are all made possible through the Giggle Fund and the donations they receive.

I regularly attended Our Lady’s Hospital as a child due to a chronic respiratory condition, but rather than remembering it as being a sad and scary time I have a lot of fond memories of being an inpatient thanks to their amazing staff.

Initiatives like this are so important to the children attending but also for the parents who worry about how their child will cope with being away from home.

During Shop4Crumlin week, One4all will donate 50c to CMRF Crumlin for every transaction made using a One4all Gift Card in any of its 8,500 retail outlets nationwide or online.

Additionally, stores like Arnotts, Argos, Debenhams, Life Style Sports and Littlewoods Ireland have pledged to donate an extra 50c to CMRF Crumlin for all transactions made in their stores using a One4all Gift Card between the 21st and 29th of July, meaning that CMRF Crumlin could receive up to €1 every time you make a One4all Gift Card transaction.

The more transactions you make, the more One4all will donate so it’s a great excuse to pick up some news bits for the kids while helping to support some a worthy cause.
