It's been 274 weeks since Maya first started grooming Jacob.

Or rather, we're almost there, because the details of Maya's exposure have finally been revealed and it sounds like the whole thing is going to be dark as f*ck.
Emmerdale shared a promo video today depicting a night that will "change everything" as Maya is seen having a moment of harrowed reflection in a mirror.
The teacher looks stressed, panicked, and incredibly upset - as one is wont to after everybody in the village finds out that you've been forcing a 16-year-old to have sex with you.
The Sun reported earlier that the night in question will involve a lot of the Dales' women, who go on a night out that leaves the vast majority of them in far worse spots than which they began.
Maya deserves it though so, it's all good.
“They’ve got a gritty storyline around a big night out where loads of the ladies go clubbing," a source told the publication.
"Paedo Maya will finally be outed. But the bombshell is Victoria will get raped in a horror twist that will send her down a dark path.
“The night also sees a stabbing. There will be blood and violence to grip the Dales as they go dark to compete with their soap rivals."
Really not holding back on the grim aspect, are they?
