He must really love The Late Late Show.

Ryan Tubridy will be joined by Hollywood actor Russell Crowe this Friday night. Russell is no stranger to the show having been on it a few times already. This time around he will be promoting his band who are set to perform in Dublin at the end of the month.

And let’s not forget what happened one of the last times he was on – he gave out to the audience for not clapping in time. Wonder will he bring the same sort of charm this Friday?

With the sad loss of sporting legend Jimmy Magee, the Late Late will pay tribute to the ‘Memory Man’. Ryan will be joined by some of Jimmy’s friends and colleagues as they remember the man who, for many people, is the defining voice of Irish sport. They will share their own stories of one of the true legends of Irish broadcasting.

Also on the show will be Francis Brennan who is turning his attention to the nation’s living rooms with his new book on managing homes. He’ll be joining Ryan to catch up on his summer eating snake and other shenanigans on his recent grand tour of Vietnam.

Stars of the brand new drama, Acceptable Risk, Elaine Cassidy and Angeline Ball will be in studio to chat about filming the thriller in Dublin and Montreal and viral sensations Jiggy will perform.
