How I’m A Celeb producers plan to help Holly and Dec bond for this year’s show

Plenty of bonding time.

We’re still not sure how we feel about Holly Willoughby joining Dec for the new season of I’m A Celebrity. Sure, we absolutely adore the This Morning host and everything she does, but seeing her down under with Dec will definitely take some getting used to. And we’re sure she’s feeling the pressure too even though she and Dec are good mates. Yes, it’s a new experience for everyone involved and in a bid to make it a little easier, Holly and Dec will be living in very close proximity throughout the duration of the show. The pair will be living in the same complex when the show kicks off later this year as producers say it will help build on their already strong bond.

“It makes sense for the top talent to stick together and the quality of the show depends on the chemistry between the presenters,” a source told The Sun. “It also makes sense from a security point of view for them to be close together.”

Holly was announced as Ant’s replacement last week with the decision welcomed by most fans.
