The couple, who met on a night out in Enniskillen, married in Donegal in 2022. They have two children together.
Lisa issued a statement about the end of their marriage and confirmed that they went their separate ways a couple of months ago.
"I chose to keep this part of our lives private until now, mainly because I wanted to protect our two beautiful kids from as much outside noise as possible, no matter how well-intended, while they navigate what is such a huge change and an incredibly vulnerable time in their little lives.
"Anyone who knows me knows that they are my whole world, and making sure they feel loved, safe, secure, and supported through all of this has been, and always will be, my absolute priority."
"For their sake, I won’t be discussing the circumstances surrounding our separation or commenting any further on what is a deeply personal family matter."
She stressed that their children will always be their main priority.
"Nathan and I will always share the most important job we’ll ever have, being Mum and Dad, and that’s where my focus will remain," she added.
Lisa reflected on the last year of her life, describing it as a year full of "lots of challenges."
The singer was diagnosed with Functional Neurological Disorder (FND) and was also hospitalised with sepsis.
"The last year has brought a lot of challenges and change for me and my family, and I’m so grateful for the incredible amount of kindness, love and support that has been shown to us throughout it all."
