Huge congratulations to the happy couple.
Jeff Brazier and Kate Dwyer, who have been together for four years, are now engaged, announcing their news in the latest issue of Hello! magazine.
In an interview which accompanied photos of the duo, Jeff told of how he asked permission from his two sons before asking Kate to marry him while on holiday in Ibiza.
The 38-year-old TV presenter described how the special moment unfolded:
“I told her I loved her, and had been thinking about this for a while. I pulled the box with the ring out from my back pocket and asked if she would marry me. It was a very special moment.”
Jeff has two sons, Bobby (14) and Freddy (13), from his relationship with Jade Goody. He and Jade split up in 2004, before the birth of their second child Freddy.
Jade passed away in March 2009 after a cancer battle and earlier this year, Jeff spoke of how his children’s mother was taken from them far too soon.
