Amazing news.

Jenny McCarthy has shared a positive health update with fans after undergoing surgery for a brain tumour earlier this year.

Taking to her Instagram Stories, the photographer wrote: “Got some amazing news today.

“No further treatment needed after my surgery, just regular scans!”

Alongside a gorgeous photo of herself and her husband Martin King, she continued: “This man is the kindest, most genuine person on the planet, without him I dunno where I’d be.

“So much to look forward to! I’m back!”

Jenny has been openly sharing her journey with brain surgery and the road to recovery via social media.

She previously had a brain tumour removed successfully back in 2011. Late last year, she confirmed that she had been for a brain scan and unfortunately received the diagnosis that the tumour had returned. She underwent surgery earlier this year to have it removed.

Speaking on the Six O’Clock show, Martin described her recovery as a “rollercoaster”.

“Three weeks after surgery last time around we were enjoying morning coffees and short walks but this time around it’s different,” he said at the time. “She has severe debilitating headaches.”

Just last week, Martin and Jenny welcomed their third grandchild into the world. The couple’s son Dean and his partner Alison had a baby girl, who they named Mia.

Jenny shared a stunning snap of the new arrival on Instagram, writing:

“Welcome to the world our adorable little princess. Mia arrived today 3 weeks early and has completely melted our hearts already.

“Her big brother Aaron can’t wait for the cuddles with his new little sister and to our son Dean and his soon to be wife Alison, you are amazing for giving us this little beauty to call our granddaughter.”

She added: “I already have my camera at the ready.”
