Cork actor Jonathan Rhys Meyers and his partner Mara Lane have welcomed a baby boy.
According to E! News, the couple chose a home birth and the baby was delivered by a midwife.
In true Hollywood style, the pair, who are based in Los Angeles, have named their new arrival Wolf.
Mara first shared news of her pregnancy before Christmas, posting pictures of her baby bump on her Instagram page together with the hashtags #IncomingPackage #ThankYouLord and #SantaBelly.
While it’s rumoured they may have tied the knot in secret since they became engaged in 2014, The Tudors star (39) and his other half are notoriously private when it comes to their personal life so don’t expect a baby photo shoot any time soon.
