Kate Middleton reveals that Prince Louis celebrated a big milestone recently

Cathy Donohue

Prince Louis turned one in April and to mark the occasion, some beautiful photographs of the little boy were released.

The images were taken by his mum, Kate Middleton, and they really are very special.

When out and about this week, the Duchess of Cambridge chatted about her youngest child, saying “he’s keeping us on our toes”.

Is that polite parent speak for he’s a little rascal? Quite possibly…

Kate attended a D Day exhibition in Bletchley Park, Milton Keynes earlier this week and it was there she gave the little update on her baby son.

It seems that Louis is quite the little mischief maker as his mum revealed that he managed to get to the top of the slide without her knowledge on a recent playdate.

This would suggest that the little boy is now walking as according to People, the Duchess said:

“I turned around the other day and he was at the top of the slide — I had no idea!”.

The visit also involves a poignant moment for Kate as her late grandmother, Valerie Glassborow worked at the Bletchley Park code-breaking centre during World War II.

A busy week for both Kate Middleton and Prince William as they were introduced to Baby Sussex, Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor, at Frogmore Cottage, his home with parents Prince Harry and Megan Markle.

Much has been made of the fact that Prince William first met his nephew seven days after he was born and you can read more about that here.
