Katherine Jenkins and husband Andrew Levitas have just announced they have welcomed their second child.
Katherine revealed that she had given birth to a baby boy on Instagram a short while ago, sharing an adorable picture of the now family-of-four, saying:
“Andrew, Aaliyah and I are proud to announce the arrival of our gorgeous son Xander Robert Selwyn Levitas. “
Katherine went on to reveal the significance behind the newborn’s names, saying:
“His middle names honour our late fathers who live on in our little ‘Defender of Men’ (Meaning of Xander).
“Our family, our home and our hearts could not be more full of love and we are incredibly grateful for the gift of being parents to these beautiful children.”
The singer lost her father when she was 15 years old to lung cancer and often talks about their relationship in interviews.
Katherine and Andrew have been dating since October 2013 and were later married in 2014.
They welcomed their first child, Aaliyah, in September 2015 and announced they were expecting their second in November of last year.
