The incident occurred earlier this year.

Katie Price has been handed a suspended sentence following a drink driving incident. The glamour model and TV personality was given a 16 week sentence suspended for one year this afternoon after admitting to driving while under the influence near her home in Sussex. Price was involved in a crash earlier this year in which her car was flipped. She told police at the time: "I took drugs, I should not be driving, I admit it all." Sky News reports that Price will also have to complete 100 hours of community service. Her sentencing was adjourned in September on the condition that she accept a driving ban, attend the Priory Centre for treatment and not commit any further offences. Price will be banned from driving for two years. She will not be facing a separate penalty for driving without insurance.
