The truth behind the whereabouts of Katie Price's husband Lee Andrews' whereabouts as well as over the 'kidnapping' claims has been revealed.
Katie Price's husband Lee Andrews has "not been kidnapped" but is in fact "simply in hiding" it has been revealed.
It was reported at the start of the week that Price's fourth husband, Lee Andrews, had been kidnapped in Dubai.
Andrews, had been declared a missing person after he was kidnapped, according to reports.
This came after a missing person's report was filed with police five days after Price last spoke with her husband, who she married at the start of the year.
The model supposedly last spoke with Andrews on Wednesday evening, during which he told her that people were "coming for him", his hands had been tied, and that he'd been put in the back of a van.
This came after Price published a YouTube video on the weekend in which she shared her concerns for her spouse.
A source told The Sun, that Andrews has stopped replying to her calls and that the location tracking on his phone has been disabled.
"Lee is officially a missing person now," the source said at the time.
They added: "Katie is in constant contact with his family and is desperately worried. And she's mortified — she's seen people calling it a stunt and that she must be in on it, but she's absolutely not.
"This is such a worrying, upsetting situation."
The couple were meant to appear on Good Morning Britain on Tuesday, with Andrews set to fly from Muscat on Monday evening.
However, despite being seen at the airport in a video, he reportedly did not board the flight.
According to the latest reports by The Sun, Andrews has not been kidnapped but is simply hiding.
A friend of Price's told the paper: "Lee has NOT been kidnapped; he is simply in hiding after also ghosting his devastated wife for the past six days. He is not dead. He is not in jail. And he has not been detained.
"Instead he is squatting in a slightly run-down villa, frantically planning a route out of this ginormous hole he appears to have buried himself in, and is understood to be liaising with his few trusted contacts on a 'burner phone'."
Lee Andrews has failed to be in touch with Price for almost a week and the Foreign Office has confirmed they are "supporting the family of a British man and are in contact with the local authorities".
The paper is also claiming that Andrews may be unable to leave Dubai because he is allegedly wanted by Interpol after Hertfordshire Police escalated an investigation involving claims from one of his exes.
Speaking on Saturday, Price said in a video: "The truth is, Lee has been missing for three days.
"The last time I heard from Lee was Wednesday night at 10 O'Clock, he was trying to go through the border in Dubai to get on a flight to me.
"Lee was trying to get through the border near Hatta and, oh God, this is so discombobulating. His location went off at 10:03, Wednesday night, that's the last contact anyone's had, his family and me.
"This is the third day now, obviously, he phoned me before the location went off. He's in the middle of nowhere, obviously, I'm worried."
She added: "He had ties around his hand, not handcuffs, and a hood, and he said 'Look, they're coming back for me,' that is the last FaceTime call I had.
"Then his phone went dead."
The former model said that the head of the CID (Criminal Investigation Department) was looking into the disappearance of Lee.
