The mum-of-five looks INCREDIBLE!
Kerry Katona has previously spoken about her struggles to stay healthy, however, in her latest photoshoot, Kerry looks nothing short of absolutely stunning.
Yes, the mum-of-five has been sharing pictures from a lingerie photoshoot she did recently on her Instagram and we don’t blame her.
“Extremely proud of my body after five kids and feeling god damn sexy,” Kerry captioned one of the pictures from the shoot to promote her fitness site, Results With Kerry.
The mum revealed earlier this year that she lost over two stone and is looking better than ever before.
Kerry shared dozens of pictures from her lingerie and swimwear shoot on Instagram and followers are showering her with praise.
“Kerry! WOW! You look absolutely stunning. Well done you,” wrote one follower.
The mum-of-five ditched the wigs which she has been loving as of late and rocked her token blonde crop with a series of beautiful lingerie sets and bodysuits.
Last year, the 37-year-old said she had liposuction, admitting that “doctors pulled four-and-a-half litres of fat out”.
“I was a dress size 14 and I’m an 8 now. I’ve lost three stone, from 12-and-a-half stone to nine-and-a-half stone,” she told Reveal at the time.
She also exercised to stay healthy – “about an hour of yoga every morning,” as well as “cardio in the gym, probably about two hours a week.
“I’ve also cut out carbs and alcohol.”
Kerry recently spoke about her decision to give up alcohol, saying she doesn’t need it anymore.
“I don’t see the point,” she told Closer. “I have to do the school run, I have no cleaners, I’m literally doing it all myself.
“I feel empowered, amazing and my kids are awesome. I’ve drunk enough to last me a lifetime, so I don’t do it anymore.”
And it’s paying off.
