Kim Kardashian was transformed into Princess Jasmine to try and fool North

She had us fooled.

Kim Kardashian has long had a love for Princess Jasmine, having dressed as the Disney princess for Halloween in both 2009 and 2016. Yes, Kim admits that Jasmine has always been her favourite and now she's making the ultimate transformation with the help of legendary makeup artist, Kandee Johnson. In a video posted to Kandee’s YouTube channel, the MUA transformed Kim into the Disney character in a bid to fool Kim’s eldest child, North. From altering her face shape to a complete brow transformation, we think Kim’s recreation of Jasmine is near spot on. However, would it get by her four-year-old?

“It’s Princess Jasmine,” Kim said as she Facetimed North in full costume. “No!” North screamed. “You’re really Kim.”

In a bid to convince her little girl, Kim told a sweet story about why Jasmine was on the phone.

“No, it’s not. It’s Jasmine. I have your mommy’s phone. "She wanted me to call you and tell you she’s on my magic carpet. “She’s on her way home.”

But it wasn’t getting passed North.

“Your voice doesn’t even sound like Jasmine.”

After failing to convince North, Kim disappointedly called the experiment “a bust”. However, while she might not have been able to fool her daughter, we think she looks pretty much identical to the character.
