The mum posted a tribute to her late son, Archie.

Kym Marsh tragically lost her son Archie eight years ago when she suffered a late miscarriage at 21 weeks pregnant.

The mum-of-three today took to Twitter to remember her son on International Pregnancy and Infant Loss Day with a poignant poem that read:

“We are connected, my child and I,

“By an invisible cord not seen by the eye.”

The poem went on to address the strong bond between a mother and child even after a loss.

“And though you are gone, though you’re not here with me, the cord is still there, but no-one can see.

“It pulls at my heart, I am bruised… I am sore, but this cord is my lifeline as never before.”

Kym also posted a message with her followers that read:

“Today is International Pregnancy and Infant Loss Day. Today we remember not only our own angel but other people’s too.

“It’s still such a taboo subject, baby loss, no-one likes to talk about it, but you know, it’s the only thing that helps you find your way back from the darkness,” she continued.

“It’s the only thing that helps you rebuild your jigsaw, helps you learn to accept what’s happened, accept you can’t bring your baby back, but learn that you’re not alone.

“It’s a lonely, lonely place if you’re silent.”
