Don’t get any ideas…

The weather has wreaked havoc on many people’s plans this week and that includes the producers of tonight’s Late Late Show.

The programme will go ahead tonight as scheduled, though, and fans have been urged not to turn up without a ticket in the hope of filling in for audience members who are stranded due to the storm.

“We operate a strict guest list for Late Late Show tickets,” it wrote on its Facebook page.

“We would like to stress that we are not encouraging anyone to attend without invitation.”

Host Ryan Tubridy revealed today that the weather has affected the show’s lineup, with a number of guests unable to make it to Donnybrook to appear.

Speaking on his RTÉ Radio 1 show, he confirmed they’ll go to air but said he didn’t know who’d be joining him.

“I can’t tell you what guests are going to be on because I’ve no idea who’s going to show up!” he told listeners this morning.

“We’ll see what happens!”

He even jokingly asked Taoiseach Leo Varadkar if he was available to appear tonight when the Fine Gael leader joined him on air.

We’d nearly tune in just to see how this goes.
