Welcome baby Carmel Allegra!
Huge congratulations are in order this morning for singer Leona Lewis and her partner Dennis Jauch. The couple welcomed their first child together, a baby girl, who they called Carmel Allegra.
Taking to Instagram, Leona shared a photo of her daughter in her arms and wrote: “And then there were three.
“Our little Carmel Allegra arrived 22.7.22.”
The singer was met with well-wishes and messages of congratulations from many of her famous friends.
RuPaul’s Drag Race judge Michelle Visage wrote, “Congrats.”
Dancer Keo Motsepe penned: “Congratulations to you family, love you loads.”
Irish TV personality Arthur Gourounlian wrote: “Beautiful Beautiful (…) Congratulations.” In French, he said that he wants to give all three of them some love.

Leona announced that she was pregnant back in March. In a post on Instagram, she showed her followers her bump and wrote: “Can’t wait to meet you in Summer.”
Over the past few months, Leona has been documenting how pregnancy has changed her body on Instagram. The singer kept her followers up to date with many photos.
In June, she shared an ‘Instagram vs reality’ post of her posing by the pool in a stunning green dress, and a shot of her eating a delicious takeaway in the car.
“Mamas gotta eat,” she wrote in the caption.
Leona began dating Dennis, a dancer, and choreographer, in 2010. At the time, he was performing alongside her as a backing dancer on her tour. In August 2018, Dennis got on one knee to pop the question after eight years together. The pair married in Tuscany, Italy in 2019.
He shared the news of their engagement on Instagram by posting a collage of photos from their time together.
In the caption, he wrote: “It’s been the most beautiful 8 years of my life with this incredible human being. Here’s to many more beautiful memories.”
