The good news? The week Lidl is kicking off what they claim will be their biggest ever baby event – with savings of up to €1000 on nappies alone. Which will no doubt sound like music to most parents’ ears.
Lidl’s Lupilu range of nappies were voted ‘Best Nappy’ by Irish consumers at this year’s National Pregnancy and Baby Fair Awards, and this weekend, the supermarket giant will be offering a whopping 50 percent off on the award-winning range.
In fact, if you are planning ahead, Lidl claims parents can save €1046[i] in their baby’s first three years by switching from a leading brand to their Lupilu nappy range, with calculations are based on healthline.com’s recommendation of how many nappies an average baby wears a day at different stages of their growth.
As well as the nappy sale, there will apparently be tons of other great deals on offer too, with flash offers across Lidl’s range of baby food, nappies, wipes and toiletries.
According to Lidl’s website, parents and parents-to-be can also expect great offers on anything from cribs, Moses baskets, playpens, thermometers, food containers, baby bottles, bottle sterilisers, baby rockers and toys.
Lidl’s Biggest Ever Baby Sale kicks off this Thursday, September 9th and lasts until Sunday, September 12th in stores nationwide while stocks last.
