This little kid wrote the sassiest letter to his teacher and it’s GAS

"OK"

Denise Curtin

This is brilliant.

A little boy’s school diary entry is going viral and it is pure gold. An eight-year-old named King Johnson alongside his classmates were asked to write about what they learnt each day at school alongside how they found that day and any questions they might have.

And little King did not hold back after a history lesson on Christopher Columbus that he felt was “incorrect”.

He wrote in his journal…

“Today was not a good learning day. Blah, blah, blah. I only wanted to hear you not talking. You said something wrong and I can’t listen when I hear lies. My mom said that the only Christofer we acknowledge is Wallace. Because Columbus didn’t find our country, the Indians did. I like to have Columbus Day off, but I want you not to teach me lies. That is all. My question for the day is: How can white people teach black history?”

His teacher (who is not named) responded unimpressed by saying:

“King, I am very disappointed in your journal today.”

To which he epically replied:

“OK.”

Someone give this kid a medal.
