A man has reportedly been arrested at Disneyland in Paris today after it was discovered that he had firearms in his possession.
According to
Sky News, France Inter radio said that the 28-year-old was carrying two handguns in a suitcase.
Disney security staff stopped him after the bag was passed through an X-ray machine and the police were called to the scene at around noon local time.
French media are reporting that he was also carrying a box of bullets and the Koran.
The man, who was stopped at the Hotel New York within the complex according to
Le Parisien, apparently did not resist arrest.
A woman, believed to be his partner, was also arrested a short time after.
France is still in a state of emergency following the Paris terror attacks back in November which left 130 people dead.
