A man kidnapped four children and then drove a vehicle into a group of people in Munich this evening. Local newspaper Süddeutsche Zeitung reports that the 29-year-old man stole his partner's vehicle and drove off with her four children. It's believed that two male pedestrians were seriously injured and are being treated in hospital. The children, aged between 14 months and five years, are thought to be unharmed.
