Noooo.

Met Éireann have issued another new weather for 15 counties as the Bank Holiday weekend officially begins.

The status yellow rainfall warning covers Connacht, Cavan, Monaghan, Donegal, Dublin, Kildare, Longford, Louth, Offaly, Westmeath and Meath.

It comes into effect at noon on Saturday June 2 and lasts until 10pm on the same night.

Forecasters have warned that high intensity rainfall in scattered thunderstorms may lead to spot flooding, with 25mm to 50mm possible in downpours.

Saturday will be mainly dry for the start of the day, before heavy or thundery showers will develop over the northern half of the country through the day.

There may be a little light rain near southwest coasts, with temperatures hitting as high as 22C.

While Sunday will be humid and warm, a few showers will develop later on in the day – most likely in the west and north.

Temperatures will hit highs of 23C.

There’s set to be little change on  Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday – with the slightly breezy warm and humid weather set to continue.

Met Éireann forecasters say that there will be sunny periods every day, but scattered heavy showers in the afternoons and evenings.

There’s an increasing chance that it will be cooler and unsettled on Wednesday, but forecasters say there is a chance the warm weather will continue.
