"Highest temperatures will range from 17 degrees in the northwest to 21 degrees in the southeast and east. Increased cloud and freshening southwest winds will bring rain to the west during the late evening." Tonight isn't looking great either with heavy rain and winds. "[It] will be overcast and windy with a spell of rain in all areas. The rain will be heavy for a time and accompanied by strong southerly winds, low cloud and mist but a clearance will follow from the west towards morning. A mild night. Minimum temperatures 13 to 15 degrees."Most areas dry this morning and the day will have a mix of varying cloud and sunny spells. Well scattered passing showers will occur too - especially across western counties where the odd heavy one is possible. Highs will range from 17C in the NW to 21C in the southeast & east pic.twitter.com/P5aExwSqEc
