The weather forecast shows that we're in for a day full of rain and thunder
It was good while it lasted.
Throughout the weekend and yesterday was like we were living in a different Ireland. It was sunny, it was warm and everyone was basically just a better person in the sunshine.
But then that ended.
If you haven't already noticed, this morning is already looking grim enough, with Met Éireann saying that it's about to become worse with heavy rain and thunder.
Mainly cloudy today with showery outbreaks of rain tracking northwards through the afternoon, turning heavy and persistent later, with a risk of thunder. Top temperatures 13 to 18 degrees in light to moderate south to southeasterly breezes. pic.twitter.com/KmhCVbOp6Q
