“I feel like a bad mom because I can’t protect him.”

A woman in the US has shared her anger at her son’s preschool, which she claims waxed his eyebrows without her permission.

The two-year-old came home from daycare at Boys & Girls Club of Benton and Franklin Counties in Pasco, Washington State, with a visible gap between his eyebrows where there had previously been some hair.

His mother Glenda Maria Cruz took to Facebook to share her anger.

In the post, she explained that she asked the staff at the preschool where her son was being cared for what had happened.

They denied waxing the child’s eyebrows.

“It’s really hard honestly because he’s just a baby, he can’t defend himself,” Glenda wrote.

“He’s not even two yet and I’m at a point right now that I feel like a bad mom because I can’t protect him when he needs me the most.”

Another parent whose child attends the preschool has come forward claiming the same thing happened to her daughter and that it had left a mark on her face.

“I take my daughter to the CBC Daycare to be cared for while I’m at school trying to focus on graduating,” said Alyssa Salgado.

“I go pick up my daughter yesterday and saw a red mark in between her eye brows.

“I think it’s a scratch but as soon as a get home I get a closer look these WOMEN decided to WAX MY DAUGHTER’S uni brow.”

The preschool said an internal investigation found the claims to be unsubstantiated.

The state is now investigating, reports Metro.
