Named after royalty or Howth? Betting revealed on Vogue Williams baby name

Melissa Carton

What will it be?

Since Irish TV personality Vogue Williams this week revealed that her due date is fast approaching, there has been mounting speculation on a potential moniker for her third baby, which she has confirmed is a boy.

To find out what people think Vogue will name her next baby we got the lowdown from Ladbrokes on what people are betting on.

Freddie is the current favourite at 6/1 in a tribute to Vogue’s late father.

Michael is also proving popular after husband Spencer’s late brother at odds of 8/1.

Some fans think Williams might go with the very regal Charles for her new addition, in an apparent nod to her connections to British royalty. Charles is chalked-up at 8/1.

Others think that Williams, who has long expressed her desire to move home to Ireland, could choose a more patriotic name for her third-born with traditional Irish name Fionn at 20/1, while Ruairí is at 66/1.

In a more peculiar nod to her beloved homeland and more specifically her favourite cliff walk, some fans think she may even call the new addition Howth, currently an outsider at 100/1.

Spennie, a nickname for her husband is also in the mix at 40/1.

Speaking with us today Nicola McGeady of Ladbrokes said;

“Only time will tell if Ireland and indeed, Vogue’s beloved Howth cliff walk will get a nod in the name choice, although Spencer might have some strong thoughts on that one! In the meantime, we are sending our best to Vogue and Spencer as they prepare for baby number three.”

So what do you think?

Will Vogue go with a very traditional royal inspired name or do you think she’ll choose something Irish?

I personally think Freddie after her father would be really lovely.
