The new bar has opened on Dame Lane, and was previously known as Sweeney's, which shut down nearly two years ago. According to its Facebook page, the new spot will "offer patrons the very best sandwiches and baked goods in the city - all washed down with delicious craft beers and cocktails."
Sounds good to us! But even better than the cocktails and sambos are the interiors of Mulligan & Haines. Mixing vintage with contemporary art, the walls are covered with striking images and beautiful frames.
The purple walls add a sense of luxury as well, with the black and white floor tiles and red dimmed lights bringing it all together. Lads, we think we might have found our new favourite place.
